Daniel began buying houses in 2012 after seeing how quickly a property problem can become a personal one. An inherited home can leave a family coordinating probate and years of belongings. A damaged roof can make insurance and financing difficult. Divorce, foreclosure, relocation, or landlord burnout can turn a normal sale into another source of stress.
